Introductions This Boil-Chill Kettle is using electricity to heating water or wort and chilling them with cold tap water by tube coil. 1-Do not dry heating, be sure the heating element is immersed totally in water or wort any time you turn on the power. 2-Do not get water into the electric box when washing. 3-Do not touch the kettle or electric box when boiling, as they are hot. 4-Do not rotate the stir handle counterclockwise, or the stirring paddle would drop, rotate it clockwise. 5-Do not rotate the stir handle with a finger directly, or your finger may hurt, use a stick instead. 6-Be careful of hot steam from the lid. 7-It is normal that the electric box is hot when boiling. 8-The power plug is NEMA5-20P

• 2000W electric heating element, do not need stove and fire to boil. Heat 20L water from 30℃ to 100℃ in about 70 minutes in kitchen. While it’s composite bottom with aluminum layer, make heat evenly when in case use fire.
• Integrated chiller and stirring paddle, chill the boiling wort to tap water temperature quickly and easily , without bother of sanitizing. Chill 20L boiling wort from 100℃ to 30℃ with 20℃ tap water in less than 20 minutes.
