If you bottle more than one or two batches a year a Grifo is well worth the investment – Brewing is fun! This the basic model TCSG “Universal Capper” from Marchetti branded GRIFO. These are the folks that also make those big pneumatic cappers. This capper is more rigid than the Agata and is heavier weight – it actually weighs more. This sturdy capper should last you quite a while. It has the strongest easiest height adjustment of any bench capper I have seen. It will make a loud click when the pin locks in the steel track. Sort your bottles by size and do one size at a time. This capper is for USA size bottles. It will NOT cap Euro Champagne sized bottles! • Simply place the bottle on the stand, put a cap under the magnet, and push the handle down. Comes with enough caps to seal 50 bottles.
• You will wonder why you didn’t just get one in the first place. Safer to use and fewer spilled bottles than with the hand cappers. There are cheaper bench cappers here with better search standing but none that work as well as the TCSG. Grifo is known for their commercial cappers. The professional brewery model is also available.
