How to Choose Brew Kettle and Why Choose Us?

• This brew kettle is made of food grade 304 stainless steel. Some other barrels are made of 201 stainless steel which are easy to rust.
• The wall thickness of this brew kettle is 0.8mm. That of some other barrels are 0.5-0.6mm, which causing it easy to deform and rupture after bumping.
• This pot weighs 12.4lbs, while some other pot weights 9.9lbs.
• This three-layer bottom is more sturdy, and the inner aluminum layer makes the bottom of the kettle more thermally conductive. Some other cheaper barrels are mostly single-layered and easy to crack (they rarely point this out).
• The handle is equipped with an insulating rubber sleeve for a safer brewing process. Some others are metal handles that can’t be touched during brewing.
