Product Description
After brewing and bottling beverages, you need to crimp the cap on your bottle. Seal in the freshness with the G Francis Home Brewing Bottle Capper Crown 26mm Long-Neck Beer Bottler Capper. It can be used with standard 12, 16, or 22 ounce US long-neck bottles with rounded lip and 26mm pop top crown caps. Once the cap is settled on the bottle, use slow, steady pressure to bring the capper down until the handles are level. When the handles are level, the cap is on, and you can release the handles. To find out what size caps and capping bell you need, measure the outside top diameter of your bottle opening. Not intended for twist-off threaded or specialty bottles and caps – specialty applications may require a bench capper (sold separately).
Product Features
- [Attach Bottle Caps to Your Bottles] The G Francis 26mm Beer Bottle Capper Tool crimps or presses the cap on a bottle to seal it after brewing and bottling processes; Not for crimping caps without bottles; Bottles and caps not included
- [Use Your Bottles and Caps] Compatible with beer, soda, kombucha, and even some champagne bottles; For standard 12, 16, or 22 ounce US long-neck bottles with rounded lip; Use with 26mm pop top crown caps (not intended for twist-off threaded or specialty bottles and caps)
- [Built to Last] Beer capper constructed from nylon for more strength and longevity than standard ABS plastic homebrew capper tools; Designed with spring-loaded arms for easy cap crimping that requires minimal force
- [Magnetically Hold Cap in Place] The rounded metal plate tip in the middle of the homebrew bottle capper magnetically holds the cap aligned with your bottle top while crimping; Use even downward pressure to prevent cap distortion, leaks, and bottle breakage; Inspect bottle for cracks or defects before capping
- [Easy to Use] Place a new bottle cap on the round magnetic plate, center it on the top lip of the bottle, press the 2 handles downward with even pressure on both sides, then release the handles upward; The pressure attaches and crimps the cap on the bottle
