How To Use?
☑Pack veggies and brine into any wide mouth mason jar with 1.75″ headspace
☑Insert Grooved Weights Plus into mouth of a mason jar, lightly press it down to push out the air, make sure it is slightly submerged in brine
☑Remove any veggies that float up to the surface
☑Top off the jar with your an airlock or a lid of your choice
