Includes 2 8″ long x 1″ in diameter oak spirals. These oak Infusion Spirals are made from high quality American white oak. The spiral shape achieves maximum accelerated extraction times. In wine the oak flavor is fully extracted in 6 weeks. Usage: 1 stick per 3 gallons of wine. The spirals also can be snapped into smaller portions to achieve desired oak intensity. A note on the toast levels from lightest to darkest: Light, Medium, Medium Plus, Heavy.
